Personnel was best and kind!

Booked a quadruple room with outside access. The location of the hotel was easy, by different restaurants. We had lunch at nearby Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, tried their fast food options.

I received great service.

I had a good stay in a long time. The room was cheap and convenient, included with a comfortable bed and outside access, for example.

The clean room was nice, but I found roaches in the bathroom.

The room was super clean and recently renovated. We loved unwinding by the outdoor pool after a long day and enjoyed some peaceful moments by the garden area too. Just a heads up, the fridge in our room didn't work well, but it didn't ruin our trip 😊

I loved how cute the staff were. The motel's outdoor areas were peaceful and convenient, perfect for a leisurely stroll or relaxing in the sun. It feels like a comforting retreat.

Improve cleanliness in the rooms.

The room was clean and the AC worked well, essential for me. I appreciated the staff, especially Alejandra, who accommodated my requests with care and professionalism while I dealt with some personal issues. The common areas were well-kept, and I found the Wi-Fi convenient for staying connected. During my two-night stay, I felt welcomed and taken care of.

I noticed some areas that could use improvement. The outdoor pool looked inviting, but I didn't get a chance to use it. Finding the right parking spot was a bit tricky at times due to the crowd.

The room was okay, but the air conditioning didn't work, and it had a strong, funky smell. We reminded me of something was biting us, really uncomfortable. Not the cleanest place either-definitely could use some better hygiene. The staff didn't seem to care much when we told them about the issues. Overall not a great experience.

The location offers convenient access to major highways. Rooms have a decent amount of space, and the parking right in front of the building is a nice touch for quick loading and unloading.

Upon entering, I found the bedroom in a less-than-stellar state-small, dingy, and a bit grotty. The persistent smell of smoke wafting in from outside made it uncomfortable. I noticed some groups loitering outside. The fridge in our room wasn't operational, causing all the food we stored to spoil. Half the TV channels couldn't be accessed normally, frustrating when trying to unwind. The AC unit was pretty loud too, disrupting sleep. A lack of response to my concerns about food waste and room conditions only exacerbated the experience. The atmosphere felt more like a long-term stay hotel with people down on their luck rather than a cute short-term lodging.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff

Check-in was smooth, and the staff were attentive. The rooms felt fresh and clean, perfect for our family trip. Take advantage of the well-kept pool area. Families will appreciate the extra care they take with breakfast options. A nice stop for travelers with kids!

Had a blast with my friends! Great place for a group vacation, and super close to Prosperity Sports Park. The check-in was quick, and the rooms were clean and comfy. Enjoyed our time exploring nearby attractions too.

One downside was that the outdoor pool was closed , a bummer.
